Absolutely disappointed – will never use this service again. Not only did they fail to replace the part as promised, but our truck needs to be repaired again shortly after the so-called "repair." We basically paid a huge amount ($2676) for absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs – they are not honest, and clearly do not stand behind their work. Never again

If i could give them ZERO star i would, called them out for a road call and was charged 2600 dollars for parts, no problem paid the bill driver was on his way, once driver returned to our terminal our shop inspected the truck and found that none of the parts on their invoice were replaced, when our shop manger called them, they started arguing and flat out hung up the phone. WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN 12 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS !
